For my mother in law. I just spent 35 minutes on hold to get an authorization faxed over to the orthopedic office. The person was nice on the phone but there should never be an on hold issue especially for something that should have already been done.
A new patent this year I had seen the PA a couple times. I requested my next appointment to meet the Dr so I at least know my primary. I was told I am not unable to see the dr. Since I have commercial insurance. I received a call by Octavia asking me to call the office back with no other reason why she called that was on August 5th. It is now August 20th I have called back 4 times each time the service states she is busy and will call me back. The people in this dr office are rude and unprofessional. They play games with your medical needs and speak to patients as if they don’t matter!
Worst treatment in my whole life. Terrible treatment. Personnel needs education on how to treat clients. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait for the doctor to appear. And don't complain, the will treat you with the police escort
