I worked with Erica on a recent project and she was extremely diligent and active in making sure her client's new property had all of the necessary repairs completed so that the new buyer's could move in knowing that they are protected from exterior leaks and had a move in ready home. In my experience, Erica is a GREAT agent to have on your side.

Erica was great! She was coordinating getting her buyers to close on their new home while working with us to help our buyers by her client's home. Talk about multi-tasking! She was great with communication and we were able to have a smooth and flawless closing! She has been in the business for many years and anyone would be luck to have her has their agent! Highly recommend!
