Very disappointed. I called to become a new patient, and they require you to physically come into the office with insurance card and ID. As a working professional, it's one thing to need to take time during business hours for an appointment, but to need to do so to make an appointment is ridiculous to me. Not everyone in this town is retired with lots of free time during the week AND many of us are legit with valid insurance that should not need to be physically scrutinized just to make an appointment as a new patient.
