I actually “broke up” with a realtor to work with Erica and Scott selling my home and I couldn’t have been more happy with the decision. They are experts in the local markets and helped me get over $30k for my home than I was originally told to sell for. They were also excellent to work with in the negotiation process, setting up appointments with contractors to get repair estimates, leaving me with none of the stress. They go above and beyond for their clients and I would use them again in a heartbeat!
I recently sold a home with Erica and Scott and am currently in the process of buying a new home. They are very easy to work with and have gone out of their way to do a great job.
