Dr. Eaddy, her nurses, and front staff are all literally amazing and so knowledgeable and sweet. It took a while to get in for my first appointment but I literally cannot express how happy I am to have this as my new primary office
My first and last experience with Dr. Eaddy. Her and her staff are very nonchalant and show little concern for what you are dealing with. Dr. Eaddy never read my chart as a new patient and gave me the wrong prescription for my medication. Never fixed the problem so I ended up going to Dr. Bernardino who is awesome. Dr. Eaddy needs to learn bedside manner and read your new patients charts so that you know the history. I would never refer anyone to her.
She and her assistant are very unwelcoming, showing no concern for your situation, she didn't check my chart to see what was going on with me prior to me becoming her patient and she doesn't discuss your results with you from in office test that are given at that time with immediate in office results. I was automatically transferred to her by Piedmont because my current physician at the time left the practice and I hate that they referred me to her. Everyone is so friendly and caring I got in very quickly everything is very clean and organized She explained everything in detail
The office staff is pretty efficient. Dr. Eaddy is a great listener and really Works to help you in any way that she can.
