This office has very poor communication. As a patient with a new, incidental diagnosis, I’ve been passed between the doctor and two different nurse practitioners—which would be fine if communication were consistent. However, when I have questions or concerns, I’m directed to call the medical assistant’s direct line, and my calls are never returned. Dr. Daley irradiates positive energy. She listens carefully and is very calm and professional.
I am not impressed with this clinic. I met the doctor once, she was nice but she went over my results with me just as I had come out of anesthesia. I specifically asked them to wait until my husband was present since I was not in my right state of mind. I have had problems with this office since day one; from scheduling, to their lack of communication and everything in between.
Spoke to the nurse practitioner as the Doctor was running behind by the time my appointment came along. NP was very knowledgeable, seemed to want to understand all my concerns, and gave me lots of feedback. The Doctor came in and agreed with diagnosis and made the same recommendations as NP. I appreciated the time they spent with me and made me feel comfortable while discussing my health.
