I want to say that she threatened me with an attorney if i sid not take this post down. I didnt take it down because its true. She worked closely with the home inspector who after $900 missed the bathroom had been flooded at one point amongst other issues with the bathroom. I truly regret having her as my agent. And at final walk through she told me i could ask for anything. She said the offer was final and anything i found wrong was after the fact. She is full of BS. In her response. DONT!!!!! Our experience with Erica was quite pleasant and easygoing, especially considering how unfortunate our reasons for such a sudden life change was. She helped us get figured and into our new house will no problems despite such a short time frame. Would recommend for those in the area.
