Erika was amazing. I live on the west coast so when my Aunt passed away in Maryland, I needed someone that I could trust to handle the selling of the house. Erika was that person. She went above and beyond. She hired a company to have an estate sale, hired painters, had new carpet put in, ensured that the pool was opened for summer...I could go on and on. She put in a lot of long hours! I would highly recommend Erika without hesitation!
