Excellent staff and excellent service. Everything went really well.
We’ve had wisdom teeth removals with several kiddos and this office was by far the best overall experience. I appreciate having the bulk of the paperwork done at the consultation/before the day of surgery. We arrived and I settled in, expecting a lengthy appointment. Even with multiple extractions, we were out of there within the hour. Everything was so chill/comfortable and flowed like a well-oiled machine. Very professional, very friendly, very prompt, very knowledgeable - overall a great experience.
Everyone took great care of my daughter. She had an extra wisdom tooth, and Dr. Wood was able to get it out without problem. The doctor was very kind and took time to talk to us before and after the procedure, and the staff was helpful and so kind to her, making sure she felt well and talking to her in recovery. Granted, my daughter was loopy, but still, she felt so safe and cared-for that she was taking to her like she’d made a new best friend. (I think her name was Sydney).
