Eric Watson carried this real estate sale to the end zone. We had a couple of snags along the way concerning the buyers FHA loan. The marketing of my house was done professionally and Eric also assisted with the cleanup of the interior and minor repairs to get it up to snuff with the requirements of the loan. Overall, I am satisfied with the sale price and outcome. I would recommend Eric to anyone looking to sell in the Louisville area.
