Eric administered a neurology test to my husband and followed up with a verbal report. We asked and he agreed to send a written report. We needed the report because the diagnosis was extremely serious and we need to take appropriate action. After a few days, we tried to follow up. Eric left a voice mail that said he would send the written report but he didn't say when. Several days later we still haven't received it.
