The car I bought was fine, but they have predatory tactics to get interest rates well above the going rate ( my credit score is above 800) and they gave me close to a 9% interest rate when the average at the time was 6%. They didn't remove the gap insurance after I told them to. They said everything would be done on their end to remove the gap insurance. After a couple of months of not seeing any changes. Excellent car buying experience! We reached a fair deal very quickly, all explanations provided for vehicle, vehicle options and financing. It was a pleasure to do business with an honest dealership, would definitely purchase another vehicle from EVS!
Terrible customer service I purchased a company 2019 GMC Acadia For full asking price and when I got home one of the keys was for somebody else’s vehicle. I was originally told I would have to go back out to Saukville to resolve this which is 45 minutes away from my home I ended up going to John Paul’s on 108th Street. It’s a 4 1/2 hours of my personal time away from work and without a vehicle to get this resolved where I would have two working keys.
