I had an excellent experience with this plumber. He quickly identified and fixed the issue I needed taken care of, and his workmanship was top-notch. What really stood out, though, was his customer service — professional, respectful, and willing to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and skilled. I found Eric on Craig's list called for a small plumbing repair and he came the same day. Was fast and thorough. He did such a great job I called him again for another small repair on a weekend and he came that same day. I love his flexibility. Fair prices and great work. I would recommend him to others.
If you need any repairs done, I recommend Eric the plumber repair service when I tell you he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. I had a situation before I knew Eric I called a different plumbing company. They came out and quoted me this ridiculous price Over $1000 I searched around and I found ERIC the plumber he did an outstanding job told me what the problem was gave me a price and I hired him ❤️
We had a leaky toilet in the guest room. Erik installed a wax ring. He also snaked the line in the basement that was backing up the sink. Very nice and quickly came out within the hour. Saved the weekend.
