I called on a Friday afternoon and was told that Austin, in Lincoln, would call and should be able to be there that afternoon. When late afternoon came and I hadn't heard anything, I called again. I left a message and never received a reply. It would have been better if he had just said that they didn't have anyone available, so I could have moved on and tried to find someone else who could have gotten our window put back in the frame.

They did worse for us before and was satisfactory. This time, however, they are a no show and do not call back.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. This guy was a "no show". He cost me a whole morning of wages waiting on him. They even sent someone out 7 days before to look at my door to give me a bid and set up the time and date. I even texted and called them to remind them of our appt, but no response.

Eric really helped me out in a pinch. The motor on my fridge burned up the night before and I was frantically looking for someone who could pick up a used fridge I bought. He was the only handyman that responded to my calls & voice mails. He realized how crucial my situation was & took care of it that morning. What a relief. He was a life saver. Thanks, Eric!
