Courteous, friendly and helpful
Waiting timing could be better. Doctor Taylor is excellent and I would recommend him all day long. The last nurse that I encountered was non professional, her remarks were Dr Taylor is doing you a favor by honoring your request that was not appreciated.
Dr. Taylor is amazing. Caring, considerate and great at what he does. Certainly does business differently than almost any doctor in the valley. That doesn’t mean you should not self advocate and call if you don’t get a call because everybody’s busy, especially this guy. But he takes the time to care and you’re not just a number.
