Tricia Mabrey was amazing. I thought I was getting an agent and I got a friend as well. Great knowledge of the area, took the time to know what I wanted and needed and cared more about me then her commission...how often do you hear that!! In the end I got a beautiful piece of land and my dream home...at a great price
