I've been a long time patient of Dr. S & I was dismayed by his unwillingness to help resolve an urgent problem as we were heading out of town on 12/6. I called his office for help at 9a, explaining the urgency of my problem, my call was not returned. I called back at 2p & was told he wouldn't help. His staff was rude, telling me 3 times: "this is YOUR problem & you're trying to make it mine". I asked 2 staff to leave Dr. a message to call me, he never did. My problem was fixed at LensCrafters
