Been battling prostate cancer for 6+ years. Was handed off to Dr. Small last year and have found him to be helpful, communicative, imaginative and caring. Very average doctor. He has a protocol probably set forth by big Pharma and that’s all he knows. I complained of lower abdomen pain for at least six months and he never once suggested I get a scan...but he did demote me to his PA and she was as bad or worse. I finally got to hurting so bad when a friend of mine suggested another doctor at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, I went.
