Mr. Eric Sessions is with a doubt a top notch realtor. He is very knowledgeable with the ins and out of today’s market amongst other things. He was there from start to finish from viewing houses and negotiating with sellers. Even when offers were declined, he never lost hope. Eric was the absolute best! He was the agent while selling my home and he was 100% committed to ensuring I had the best offer. Professional and personable. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions that I didn't understand. He communicated well and was very responsive in a timely manner. I never felt like I was just a client. I met Eric when I was active duty military and already knew he was a solid person prior to having him search for an investment property for my husband and I. Having him as our realtor solidified just how great he was, not just as an officer but also as a realtor. He made time for us to look at countless properties and was on his game when it finally came down to us securing a solid townhome.
