Easy sign in...preliminary checks clearly explained...and Dr. Lee...so professional answered all my questions so I could understand.
Sometime there is a very long wait after the photos before you see the Dr.
Dr Lee gave me an excellent evalutation of a serious bleed in my right eye. The reason this I only gave RGW only 4 stars is after waiting over one hour, the receptionist told me I may have to wait another 1to1-1/2 hours to see Dr Lee. When I told her I must leave before that to be at a subsequent appointment. I was then seen in 15 minutes. I almost refused to get another appointment in 4 months because the wait time is always excessive.
Great Doctor, explains everything step of all procedures. Very professional and great at what he does.
