I brought my children all four of them to Dr. Hans. He came highly reccommended to me. I found everyone in the office to be exceptionaly warm and caring of both the children and the parents, Dr. Hans introduced himself and explained everything we asked of him. He spent more time with us than I expected but never rushed us, We all felt great when we left the office. I will never take my children anywhere else. I wish I could be a patient
I am very disappointed with the service at this pediatric dentist. They have all the friendly, warm-fuzziness of the DMV. While the dental care itself was satisfactory the lack of professionalism on the part of the staff could not overcome that factor for me. Adult discussions about politics and personsal lives among the staff went on as if me and my children were not even in the room.
