I went to Urgent Care and had Dr Groce as my physician. He has the best bedside manner, he came smiling, he was truly concerned about how I was feeling, and how to take care of me. He even apologized for having made wait because there was an emergency and I've never been in and out of urgent care so quickly. He came into the room knowing some of my previous medical history which I was very impressed with. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Eric R. Groce D.O. I wasn't feeling well and had to go to urgent care on a Sunday. Dr. Groce had already read my chart with all my medical history and my online chat with another doctor and was ready for me when I got to the facility! He did not waste any time and I was in and out!
Dr. Groce is the best doctor I’ve seen at Kaiser Permanente since I’ve been a member. He is super friendly and really cares about the patients he takes care of. I met him in Urgent Care at Aurora Centerpointe. He did more for me than my regular Dr. at Kaiser. Even the nursing staff was awesome for my entire visit. They all put the other facilities to shame. I quit going to the Smoky Hill facility because it seems like you just can’t find a nice person working there anymore. Dr. Groce and musing staff you guys rock!!!!!!!!
Dr. Groce is one of the best human beings that I have ever met! He totally calmed me down after a possible exposure to Covid. He was so informative, spent extra time with me, and had an awesome personality. I wish he had a you tube channel Because I would watch him. He was the BEST!!!!
