The first time I went here, the male employee, after expressing I wasn’t completely happy with the turnout of my nails, told me “you can’t be so picky”. The next time I went, the female employee, was very unwelcoming. She then had me place my hands in boiling acetone (I’m aware of it having lower boiling point than water, but was still extremely hot) and only turned off the hot plate once I was noticeably uncomfortable.
