This was my first appointment with Dr Rosenberg and he has excellent bedside manner, he’s intelligent and just an overall good Opthalmologist!!
I saw Dr. Eric Rosenberg for my annual eye exam, and he recommended a procedure to treat my dry eyes. When I arrived for the appointment, Dr. Rosenberg informed me that he needed to leave due to illness, but assured me that another doctor in the office could perform the procedure. I specifically asked whether she was experienced with it, and he assured me that she was. I recently switched from OCLI to SightMD. SightMD is a lot better! Besides the short wait time, the staff is efficient and nice. I saw Dr. Rosenberg, excellent! I had a broken eye vessel and called OCLI for appointment, was on hold forever and finally after 2 days trying to reach my previous doctor there, I was told no appointments for a month. Was referred to Dr.Rosenberg, office got me appointment right away as I was nervous as my eye was all red for days. I highly recommend.
He is the best ophthalmologist I have come across in my lifetime. Not only is he knowledgeable and thorough, he explains conditions well and has a personality that I would give him 10 stars for. It was my lucky day finding him. The receptionists were outstanding as well. They were so warm and friendly and helpful.
