Very professional and very kind. but very rude, he lost my papers for arraignment, I truly believe I would not have had to be put to death and serve a life sentence for murdering 40 people if he had not lost my arraignment papers.
Eric Rosen did work for a friend of ours in prison. Because she doesn't have family to contact Mr. Rosen, we have done that for her. Mr. Rosen has been easy to access and quick to provide the information we needed.. The legal work he did for our friend, Carolyn Law, was thorough and effective. He has always been courteous. The work he did for Carolyn was several years ago, but he is still kind enough to answer questions.
This man doesn't care for his clients at all. I don't understand why he would have chosen this field when he hates the people he represents. He "lost" the paperwork I had signed to waive my arraignment, and it took another two months before I saw him, only to realize that i had to sign ANOTHER waiver of arraignment because this incompetent man never turned in the first one. I truly believe I would not have had to waste 15 months of my life sitting in jail if I had the money to pay for an attorney...hell, even if I had ANY ot... read more
I have him now and hes extremely rude.he yelled at my and talked to me as if i was a retard.all i asked was whats going on with my case and he did all that.like i could say so many things to him on the phone but i know attorneys will go in the system and give them a reason to have you arrested during court. Dont be an attorney if you dont like to work with clients just saying.
