Eric was wonderful...not only did he line up 16 rentals in 2 days for my wife and I to view (we flew in for a short apartment hunting visit) he also used all his influence and skills to get us the apartment of our dream...a rent stabilized prewar beauty on West End Ave. Eric was very organized, professional and personable.
