Linda Martell is fabulous. Professional and asks detailed questions covering full health care spectrum. Her social skills are equal as well. Liked being able to cover every aspect of my personal health with someone from my perspective who then provided inputs and care plans to fit my needs. I've been waiting for 4 days for them to provide my prescription to the pharmacy. Just got off the phone with them and they say they are having "IT problems sending prescriptions to the pharmacy" and maybe another day. Well enjoy your 1 star review! This is crazy stupid stuff. Get with it or close your doors. Update: It's been less than an hour and one prescription was approved and filled including picked up. Found out the second prescription is still waiting on approval. Be very careful with maxhealth! They dropped my insurance with absolutely no advance notice. After undergoing serious open heart I walked in for my scheduled follow up examine and was told my appointment had been canceled. Left me standing high and dry to start a search for a new cardiologist.
Heather is wonderful.Did not hurt when she drew my blood.She is very friendly.
