The staff was very nice but the wait times were ridiculous. I use "times" not "time," because first there was the time in the waiting room before anyone came to get us, then there was the wait time in another room, followed by another wait time. More than 1-1/2 hours had gone by and we had not yet seen the doctor. This is not acceptable.
Very good at explaining procedure. Made sure questions were answered. Very professional and great experience. Would recommend to anybody!
