I feel so lucky to have found Eric. He was the best Realtor we could have asked for. As first time homebuyers there is a lot to learn and Eric not only had patience for us as he taught us all the things, but he also LOVES that part of his job. Eric knows how important this experience is for us and he quickly learned our personalities, wishes, and needs for our first house. We couldn’t recommend him enough. I will be telling everyone to work with him!
Working with Eric was a great experience for our house search and purchase in Salem. We have worked with a lot of realtors in different parts of the US and even in a foreign country, and Eric was by far the best. We embarked on a difficult transaction selling a property in a foreign country and purchasing a home in Salem. We visited Salem and met Eric who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. We took his advice regarding home inspections which saved us money on repairs to items that were deficient in our new home.
