Eric just helped me buy a really cute house in Salem. He was incredibly professional and made the transaction very smooth. From the initial offer, through a very thorough inspection, and until closing, Eric made the process super easy. What I love about him, is that he is not pushy at all and I never felt that I had to buy the house or had to compromise on anything I wanted. I highly recommend Eric and would use his services again!
I feel so lucky to have found Eric. He was the best Realtor we could have asked for. As first time homebuyers there is a lot to learn and Eric not only had patience for us as he taught us all the things, but he also LOVES that part of his job.
