After doing diligent research of current market conditions, he advised me with pricing. Eric also set up virtual tours of the house online including visuals of what the interior would look like furnished. He kept me informed whenever there were inquiries from interested buyers. Eric was amazing start to finish with selling my Moms home. His knowledge and expertise guided me through every step. Eric's personality and kindness supported me the entire way. I highly recommend him. He kept multiple buyers around, I am so glad he did cause our first buyer backed out at the last minute but I was ok with that cause the next buyer came in at a higher offer. Thank you Eric
