I visited my dentist on a Friday and thought I'd just be getting a crown but when they got into my tooth, they said I needed a root canal and would need to see an endodontist. I waited until Monday to contact Dr Volk's office because very few endodontists in my area do procedures on Fridays. The only person who could evaluate me didn't have an appointment for two weeks to do the procedure. So glad I waited until Monday to schedule with Dr Volk. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone is professional and made me feel extremely comfortable.
They were able to get me in very quickly. Took away my horrific tooth pain. I am forever grateful. As scared as I was to be there the experience was outstanding. Thank you so much to everyone on the team.
Dr. Volk was very knowledgeable, gentle, and informative throughout my entire root canal process. His attention to detail and ensuring that I was comfortable throughout my visit put my nerves at ease. However, the most notable part of my visit was his wonderful assistant, Brittany. 11/10 would recommend Dr. Volk!! I was so anxious about having a root canal and the team at Dr. Volk’s is absolutely amazing!! Brittany was so kind!! I was worried about pain and there was absolutely none!! From the local anesthesia to the root canal itself I felt nothing!! If I ever need another, not that I want one, I am definitely going back! Thank you Dr. Volk and Brittany!!
