I had always heard horror stories of how bad Root Canals were but I had no such experience at this office. The staff was very professional, provided clear explanation of the procedure. I could ALMOST say it was a pleasurable. I would definitely recommend this Dr. VOLK
I was very impressed by my treatment, yesterday. Everyone on the staff werewelcoming and kind. Dr. Volk and Chelsie made a great team! I loved the way they worked together, especially Chelsie’s commentary during my root canal procedure, giving me “heads up” information as Dr. Volk worked. I would highly recommend this office! I visited my dentist on a Friday and thought I'd just be getting a crown but when they got into my tooth, they said I needed a root canal and would need to see an endodontist. I waited until Monday to contact Dr Volk's office because very few endodontists in my area do procedures on Fridays. The only person who could evaluate me didn't have an appointment for two weeks to do the procedure. So glad I waited until Monday to schedule with Dr Volk. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone is professional and made me feel extremely comfortable.
They were able to get me in very quickly. Took away my horrific tooth pain. I am forever grateful. As scared as I was to be there the experience was outstanding. Thank you so much to everyone on the team.
