Not only was Dr. Schwartzkoph extremely slow getting patients taken care of at Urgent Care, but very RUDE when writing my "After Visit Summary". Was my first time going there & will be my LAST!! I explained to him about my hand/wrist injury, how I cried a couple of times cuz pain was so horrific & hadn't slept all night. I had my hair in a bun, nice summer dress on, but wasn't going to concern myself about putting make-up on (which I do for all my appts).
