Dr. Ritchie and his staff took excellent care of my daughter when she broke her humerus. He went above and beyond to calm our fears and took time to answer all of our questions. Super compassionate and exceptional doctor.
I set up an appointment with Dr. Ritchie for my son to be seen for follow up care after being seen in the trauma unit at University. The follow up care at University was out of network with my insurance so we had to find someone in network. After getting all the referrals and everything over got a call stating Dr Ritchie is refusing to see my son, because he was treated somewhere else.
