Dr James was very helpful, and has a very relaxed personality. We would recommend him to anyone needing a great Orthopedic Doctor.
I visited Dr. James for a follow up after an ER visit. My issue was that my foot was not comfortable in the resting position. He asked if a boot would be OK. I accepted assuming this would help. After getting home and in it for an hour my pain was worse. I tried to return it,within 24hrs, but they would not accept. In my opinion this was no more than a sales pitch. $$$$$$$$$$$$
I had foot surgery in June. Dr. James is very through. My pain is much relieved. Never a wait in the office. Definitely a five star doctor.
Just had my first appointment with Dr. James. The time in the waiting room was short, and he took as much time as I needed in the exam. He explained all my options, the result expected with each option, and answered all my questions. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. And he has a sense of humor if you do. Staff is friendly too.
Excellent Doctor, he takes the time to explain things to you. Very professional! Had ankle surgery and now doing fine due to Dr James.
Dr.James is the perfect example of how a doctor should be. The moment you meet him you know you are being taken care of by a doctor who is very special. His compassion is very sincere and from the heart. He listens and answers all of your questions and is very concerned about you and your recovery. He loves what he does and even though I had a horrible accident, I feel very blessed because he is my doctor.
