I was referred to Dr. Gordon after a fall left me unable to raise my arm overhead. Imaging was performed and physical therapy was prescribed, which I followed both in person and at home. Instead of improving, my shoulder function steadily declined. Over several months I reported increasing stiffness, loss of strength, tingling/numb sensations, and progressively reduced ability to complete the prescribed exercises.
