I research any dr. before I make appointments and I choose Dr, Fromm for my care. As a new patient, I drove 30 mins to get pain relief. Front staff so pleasant. After 15 mins I'm taken back to a room by a lady and she asked what were my issues? I knew she was another Chiro; I told her I'd requested Dr Fromm whom I did research on, she OH with attitude and said it will be a few more mins. I go back to front lobby not to be stuck in a room and hear the Chiro telling Fromm "she asked for you". I felt so uncomfortable and that i... read more

Loved this office from the staff to all the chiropractors and therapist. I can believe how much they offer. I would not try any other place

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left! My family and I have been patients of Dr Fromm and the staff at A Family Practice and Wellness for over 18 years. I am proud to say my family and I are among Dr Fromm's very first patients when he moved his practice to Cartersviile. Dr Fromm's practice is a complete care total health facility. He and his staff have everything we have needed for our various health opportunities over the years. I have been going to DR. Fromm for years at least 1997. He and his staff have been nothing but helpful and courteous. I walk in in pain and out standing upright. But they are not just Chiropractic Medicine they also have Massage and the therapist are all excellent in what they do. Recently I had a pain coming from my right shoulder and ran from there all the way to my right forearm. Dr Fromm set me up to see the Medical Dr there on sight and he thought I could benefit from Acupuncture, Right again I can ride my motorcycle is... read more

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!
