On time ,friendly and respectful
Unusual. Fast appt. Litetally 10 minutes. Dr determined arthritis. Acknowledging he was not looking at xray. Asked if i wanted xrays. ( apparently for my benefit,, not his.) Both my hands are visably showing deformity. Dr stated nothing can be done to stop progressing. But encouraged me to inform him if worsens. I asked him , "why would i inform you? Nothing can be done. I trust Dr. Pang’s skills and knowledge. But the communications with the office have been poor of late, leading to them cancelling an appointment I had. I hope this is a temporary phase as the medical care is excellent.
