Inconsistent communication. Phone appointments are not respected and kept. They could use their receptionists who actively use their teams chat to let the client know they’re running behind. I had been trying to reach out for MONTHS, only to be told paralegal Ahumada would reach out. He never did. Completely a NEGATIVE experience. Don't do it. They are not Refunding my money and have file unnecessary forms. From when I started Ithe lawyer advised to start a new I-130 ASAP. Then took them months to submit my form. Mr Price told me due to my type of case it was no need to rush. I wanted to cancel, but they assumed me it they would improve.
