RecommendedDr. Payne is a very exceptional and outstanding surgeon, who promised and delivered even better than my expectations, the long expected turnaround was fulfilled within a few weeks as my wound began to heal, I feel fully restored and satisfied with the outcome of my surgery. The staff are warm and pleasant making me feel at home whenever I visit. He is the best in what he does, never in a hurry, takes time to answer all my questions and even calls to check who I was recuperating.
Wonderful doctor and staff!!! I was reluctant to have surgery again but they made the experience a great one. Very open to questions and I never felt like just another patient....

Great doctor and the staff is wonderful
My daughter received 8 weeks of ear well molding for her ear deformities and now everyone calls her the beautiful baby with the "perfect ears." Dr. Payne and his staff were so kind and patient with her and with me, and I felt so comfortable in their care. The results were excellent and I am so glad we did it! It was worth every penny and I know my daughter will be happy I chose to do it when she is older! Thank you, Dr. Payne!
My son was born with a rare ear deformity, not even my pediatrician knew about it and dismissed it as something my son would grow into. Thankfully I did some research and found Dr. Payne and saw that he does ear moulding therapy with the earwell device. I had read about it and was excited to call and set up my son's appointment! My experience and my son's experience with Dr. Payne and his staff was wonderful and my son's ear was no longer deformed after only 4 weeks of nonsurgical therapy! My son is a patient of Dr. Payne. Both he and his staff were wonderful to work with! It is not easy bringing a newborn to the doctor but they made the process as pleasant as possible.
By far the best experience I've ever had with any physician and office staff!!!! They are absolutely wonderful!!! Dr. Payne was so thorough, patient, and kind when explaining my daughter's diagnosis and the procedure. The staff is the best I've ever worked with. I wish EVER physician office could run as proficiently as this one. Thank you all for making our experience the best it could possibly be and ensuring top quality care!!!! It makes a difference!!!!
Had to get a broken cheekbone (zygomatic arch) fracture repaired and Dr Payne and his staff were amazing. From the first phone call to the post operation follow up, I have been impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail! Highly recommend them.
