It was 2 years ago a busted my right shoulder in a fall. It was a mess. Doctor Pagenkopf and his team did a outstanding job getting it put back together and wanted to say thanks. Golfing and astro-imaging better than ever.
Office is mismanaged and does not respect the time of patients. How can the first appointments of the day be consistently late by 30 minutes or more EVERY time. My first follow up took over 2 Hours for x rays and a 15 min check in with the PA ( did not even see the Dr.) 2nd follow up is currently 40 minutes late outside of x rays and I’m still waiting. I I treated my clients like this I would not have any… what is up with the medical industry these days.
