Dr. Eric Sorensen is a GREAT dermatologist! He can spot skin trouble in a second, explains the treatment options clearly, and gives me a real say in my care. He and his team are warm, friendly, and very efficient. My appointment was extremely short and I was billed almost $400 for a trivial appointment. Optum is owned by UnitedHealth Group so that explains why I had such a terrible experience. Never coming back.
This doctor failed to check drug interactions, causing me to have anemia that required a blood transfusion. Stay away!
Its less than 15 min and you are only allowed to discuss 1 problem and have to come back for another which is ridiculous since appointments are anyway hard to schedule Would not recommend
