Dr. Sidmore relieved my initial aches and pains and continues to provide "maintenance" adjustments on a regularly scheduled basis. During my past 15+ years as a patient, he has educated me on chiropractic benefits specific to me and answered my questions of either a related or general nature. I have been seeing Dr Sidmore since Oct 2016. Previously, I had visited other chiropractors whenever I threw out my back, which happened every few months, going back 10+ years due to a fall. Those would entail 2-4 visits till I felt better...then done till the next flareup. With Dr Sidmore, I now see the value of regular chiropractic visits to PREVENT these episodes. Polite, knowledgeable, and timely. Dr Sidmore was friendly, respectful and genuinely interested in hearing my history, both personal and medical. He asked smart questions designed to elicit the best information from me, to develop an individualized plan of care. I left my evaluation appointment slightly disappointed he'd not adjusted me, but cautiously optimistic that when I return in three days, he'll have a plan and *I'll have some relief!
