This was my first visit and the office appeared to run like well oiled machine. The doctor gave a thorough exam, explained the images of my eyes to me and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I will return in 6 months for a follow up visit and i hope to have a similar experience
Entire staff is helpful, courteous, etc.! Dr. E. Shakin is an amazing doctor!
Dr. Shakin was a knowledgeable and caring physician and I was confident I was receiving the best care. The office staff was a bit abrupt and didn't seem to care about asking me to resubmit information I had previously submitted via their patient portal (or in some cases seemed unaware of what was submitted). It's seems likely a silly thing or trivial thing to ask me to upload a photo for ID or provide insurance info, but then take a new photo and ask for the same thing the next day, but, to me, I felt it showed a disregard f... read more
