Beautiful craftsmanship! Reasonably priced. My ring is stunning. Definitely recommend!!
Ruined a $1000 ring. Wore it twice after he resized. Insisted it was because of the ring design, saying it would break again unless he could change the ring design. Would have been great to know beforehand, it afterwards. Utterly despicable!!! One of my most sentimental possessions gone and Erik couldn’t look me in the eye and apologize. Just wanted to shout out Eric and Lori for being so thoughtful and kind throughout the process of crafting my engagement ring! Eric did a phenomenal job with the engraving, and Lori made the researching and consulting much easier (there was many a talk of Starbucks!). Would highly recommend anyone who's looking to support local, and wants to customize their jewelry!
Everyone there is knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful. All the merchandise is beautiful and high quality fine jewelry. Lots of it designed by Eric. He untangled a flat gold herringbone necklace and did not charge me. I left a pair of earrings, one where the pearl had come out. He fixed it and took the time to check the other one and when he found it was loose, fixed it too. No extra charge. And they bought a bunch of the gold I never wear anymore. I will be back for sure.
Eric and Lori from Eric Olson Master Jewelers were absolutely fabulous. After being disappointed from my regular jeweler, I visited them in my local town of Louisville CO.
