A friend recommended me to Dr. Naifeh and I'm glad she did. He took his time to listen, explain, and made sure I was comfortable. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are obvious from the moment you walk into his office. Its rare to find a provider who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion the way he does. I highly recommend Dr. Naifeh to anyone looking for a practitioner who is trustworthy, skilled, and truly in patient well-being.
So far very attentive.. great bed side manners.
We have found new Doctors due to the front desk staff. We could not get an appt with Eric after son-in-law had a seizure!!! This after having Eric as pcp for 8 years!! I would not recommend him as long as he has the front desk lazy people!! Thry also did not file insurance correctly which made patients pay more, instead of their co-pay!!!
I left the office without the doctor being able to see my husband. We waited almost three hours for the doctor. The wait time was too long. We arrived at 3:30 and left at 5:50 because the doctor was taking too long and we decided to leave the office. The front desk staff was very nice, but the wait was too long and we left without the doctor seeing my husband.
Great Doctor and great staff . Very attentive and highly recommend .
