Showed up for my appointment and the male secretary behind the counter told me the doctor was in surgery and won't be available until 1115a. This is something you inform the patient of before they leave their house. Unprofessional. Disaster of a business.
Terrible experience. I was told to show up at 145, which I did. Then the nurse didn't call me In until almost 230. Then I waited until about 5 minutes to 3pm for him to come in and spend about 3 minutes with me, and failed to do a rectal exam which is probably the main cause to my problem. All he said was drink more water. It's very sad
