Dr. Remster and his staff are always so welcoming. He takes his time to visit with myself and my daughter at every visit making sure that I understand everything that I need to know. I love how he not only visits with me asking questions about how things are going he also ask my daughter questions about how she’s feeling and how school is going. I’ve never felt rushed! We always enjoy our appointments. I appreciate all the changes you’ve made in my daughters life.
Dr. Remster is an incredible physician and excellent with our son. From meeting him after a seizure in the hospital to taking us on as a patient he has consistently shown up with compassion and thoughtfulness over the last 3 years. He always remembers what our kiddo is interested in, has a lovely dynamic with him at each appointment, and brings ideas and research to us so we can make decisions with a better level of understanding. I cannot say enough good things.
Dr. Remster is a wonderful, kind, and thorough physician. My daughter has multiple medical conditions as a child born prematurely. She is older now but still has developmental delays. Although most of her conditions weren't right on the surface, he patiently observed, listened, and offered guidance and support. Extremely unprofessional, insensitive, and inappropriate. He misdiagnosed my daughter because he failed to acknowledge when I told him she had previous diagnoses that explained her symptoms. His misdiagnosis has made it harder for her to access the care that she needs and deserves. I’m sure he is great for things he understands but be very careful with this doctor.
The staff is friendly and the doctor takes the time to listen to our concerns and give us practical solutions. Thank you
