To start, he schedules his own appointments (meaning no secretary/receptionist) and my initial contact with him was disappointing. He answered very coldly with a "hello," no introduction, and instructed me to schedule online. He wasn't busy enough to answer the phone, but apparently too busy to schedule a new patient or answer any questions.
