When I first called Eric Marshall Salon, they were closed but invited text messages, so I described my fine, thinning hair and asked for someone skilled, then left times I was available. I was pleasantly surprised when Eric called me back not just to set an appointment but to first talk about my hair and what I wanted. He set my appointment with Caroline, who has trained under Eric.
