Horrible experience with check in. Completely unprepared. Management is a joke!!
Right knee replaced successfully Sept 2024 however the Mako Robot pin site in distal tibia didn’t heal and fractured before I finished PT. I saw Dr. Mancini multiple times in a great amount of pain and it was dismissed as “normal post op pain”. Fracture didn’t show up on Xray until early Jan 2025. Dr. Mancini shocked as I was the first patient of his to ever have this happen. He did nothing to further investigate what had happened nor offered any treatment other than being non-weight bearing.
